Establishing Environmental Leadership Infrastructure in East Jerusalem (Environmental Footprint)

As part of the Environmental Footprint program accredited by the Ministry of Education.

We are excited to share the achievements of Kayani Association for Schools in Jerusalem for the 2023/2024 academic year! 🌱🌿

We successfully built 9 amazing educational gardens in the following schools:

  • Beit Hanina Comprehensive School for Girls

  • Ibn Khaldun School

  • Al-Issawiya Elementary School

  • Beit Safafa Boys School

  • Sur Baher Secondary School for Girls

  • Al-Mutanabbi School

  • Al-Sufara School

  • Al-Wadi School

  • Al-Tur Comprehensive Boys School

Our projects included leveling the ground, planting fruit-bearing and ornamental plants, laying grass, installing a modern irrigation system, and adding green murals. Our goal is to transform the educational environment for the better and make schools greener and more beautiful.

We are always looking forward to more achievements and developments to contribute to improving our educational environment. 💚

Check out the photos from these wonderful areas: Wadi Al-Joz, Beit Hanina, Shuafat, Shuafat Refugee Camp, Sur Baher, Beit Safafa, Al-Tur, and Al-Issawiya.
