Focused on Competence and Self-Expression Over 10 Sessions: The program combines elements from the world of therapeutic gardening and nature as a means of establishing connection and a bridge to the student's emotional world, as well as a tool for communication. It aims to create a sense of achievement and satisfaction among students, providing a sense of meaning and process. Suitable for all age groups and designed for
schools in Jerusalem and beyond.

Photography Techniques in Nature: Students will learn photography techniques in nature, capturing interesting details in their natural environment. This way, they will enhance their creative abilities and discover the beauty of nature.

Life Cycles in Nature: In this workshop, students will learn about life cycles in nature and the complex relationships between different species. Through this process, they will highlight the importance of maintaining balance in nature and understand the meaning of sustainability. By collecting objects from nature, they will build circles like mandalas that symbolize cycles.

Nature Scavenger Hunt: Children will go on a scavenger hunt in a local natural area, searching for plants, animals, and various natural features. Through this activity, they will learn about the importance of biodiversity and ecosystems.

Eco-Friendly Crafts: Using recycled materials and natural objects found in nature, children will create eco-friendly crafts such as bird feeders, seed bombs, and nature-inspired art. This workshop promotes creativity while instilling the value of environmental protection.

Gardening Basics: Participants will learn the basics of gardening, including planting seeds, caring for plants, and composting. They will gain practical experience while discovering the benefits of growing their own food and cultivating green spaces.

Therapeutic Nature Activities: Through guided nature tours and various activities such as observation, drawing, writing, and painting, children will learn techniques to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance their overall well-being. This workshop emphasizes the therapeutic effects of spending time in nature.

Nature Journaling: Children will keep a nature journal, documenting their observations, thoughts, and feelings about the natural world. This creative outlet encourages reflection and deepens their connection to nature.

Forest Ecosystem Exploration: Students will investigate a forest ecosystem, observing the relationships between plants, animals, soil, and water. This immersive experience deepens their understanding of ecological connections and the importance of conservation.

Eco-Friendly Item Creation: In this workshop, students will create various items using eco-friendly materials such as recycled paper, seed bombs, and natural art.

Introduction to Medicinal and Edible Plants: An introductory workshop on medicinal and edible plants, connecting with the culture of edible plants with the possibility of a cooking workshop in nature.
