12\06\2026 Kayani was pleased to participate in an environmental activities conference in Jerusalem, where we presented a selection of tools, products, and workshop models that reflect our work in environmental education and experiential learning.
During the conference, Kayani showcased practical examples from the workshops we implement in schools, demonstrating how environmental education can become hands-on, creative, and accessible for students.
Our display included:
A terrarium model as an educational tool for learning about biodiversity
Examples from our mosaic workshop
Products from our concrete workshop
Models from the “Desert Landscapes” workshop, which introduces students to the desert environment
Green and creative products that connect nature, design, and sustainability
As part of the conference, our guide Omar demonstrated the process of creating a terrarium, allowing visitors to see how a small ecosystem can become a powerful tool for learning about plants, soil, water, and biodiversity.
At Kayani, we believe that environmental education is most meaningful when students can see, touch, create, and experience what they are learning.
Participating in this conference was an opportunity to share our approach, connect with other environmental and educational actors, and present the practical tools we use to bring sustainability into schools and communities.
We are proud to continue promoting environmental awareness, creativity, and hands-on learning in Jerusalem.
